The “G Space” project is a 100 square meter apartment in a residence in Tirana, for clients in need of a minimalist and airy environment.
The main concept was to overcome the spatial limitations of a standard newly built apartment - with its low ceilings and compact surface area - and create a deep sense of space, light and calm.
Inspiration was taken from a minimalist ethos, focusing on a muted material palette, custom-designed furniture and art objects & plaster frames to add character without visual clutter.
The material palette is deliberately limited to achieve a light and cohesive atmosphere.
Matte plastic paint in cream with a slight shade of light gray unifies the walls & ceiling.

Natural “Exotique Calcatta” marble was strategically used as a key accent, appearing on the kitchen counter and in a characteristic sink.

The designed furniture incorporates neutral and minimalist textures, providing a sense of warmth and sophistication to any room.

The building is symbolized by the implementation of special materials, where the stones are carved and shaped into their unique shapes and sizes, making this process a distinctive element and the main identity of the project.

Other details, such as small balconies with an extension of about 50 cm, create intimate outdoor spaces without interfering with the elegant volumes of the facade.

The colored windows give the facade rhythm and soft lighting, highlighting the classical character, while the wrought iron railings constitute a decorative detail that dialogues with the provincial aesthetic.
